Job description: Part-Time Customer Support Administrator – Ongoing Temporary BasisMy Client based in Batley is looking for an experienced Customer Support Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis (part-time hours).This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Administrator orientated Candidate to join an amazing organisation.You will be the point of contact for internal Colleagues across approximately 600 Retail outlets throughout the UK.It will be your responsibility to assist your Retail Colleagues who require assistance with collections of products and escalate any urgent issues to the Depot Manager.The role will involve updating Excel spreadsheets and reporting all information collated from the calls to enable full reports to be generated by the Depot.Candidates must have excellent people skills and support Colleagues will empathy and understanding.Good Excel and excellent data entry skills are a must!Hours will be Monday to Friday 0900 – 1300 paying £11.23 per hour.

Expected salary: £23 – 11.23 per hour
