Home Instead Bristol North is seeking compassionate Care Professionals for our evening shifts. Responsibilities:
1. Foster meaningful connections with our clients during evening visits, providing companionship and personal care.
2. Create a warm and inviting home atmosphere by assisting with light household tasks and meal preparations.
3. Help clients unwind and prepare for a restful night.
4. Engage in enjoyable activities such as reading or watching TV shows together.
5. Maintain open communication with clients and their families, ensuring exceptional care and peace of mind.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive in-house training is provided.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Availability of reliable transport for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Innate caring and friendly nature, with the ability to establish positive relationships with clients and their families.
- The right to work in the UK
