The Best Connection are currently recruiting Passenger Service Agents to work for one of our prestigious clients based at Luton Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work throughout 2024, possibly leading to a permanent role with full training provided.
- Pay: £11.53ph
- Pay increases once 12 weeks of work completed!
- Shift: 6 Days on, 3 Days Off.
- Shift Times: Between 03:00 and 23:00. Planned weekly around flight times.
- Weekly Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week, plus overtime available!
- Duration: Temporary to Permanent!
- Location: Luton Airport
- Accessible via various local Bus links
- Free Training Provided!
- Access to all the airport’s facilities!
Requirements of a Passenger Service Agent:
Please note: Due to the nature of our business, we are regulated by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), therefore it is compulsory for all applicants to provide or be willing to obtain the following:
- Be willing to apply for a Criminal Record Check (Paid for by us!)
- Have a full 5-year checkable history (Obtained for you by us!)
- Have an in date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card etc)
- Be able to provide a full 5-year address history.
- Be willing to attend an Aviation Security Course (Paid for by us!)
- Be willing to undertake a pre-employment Numeracy & Literacy test.
Role of a Passenger Service Agent:
- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Greeting Passengers and checking documentation.
- Checking-in and processing of Passenger boarding cards and baggage tags.
- Board and Process customers at the boarding gate.
- Responsible for following strict safety and security regulations.
- Assist customers to ensure a smooth journey through the airport.
