Job Duties:
– Process payroll for employees accurately and timely – Resolve payroll queries from employees and external parties – Utilise ADP system for payroll processing – Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications:
– Proven experience in payroll processing – Strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations – Proficiency in using ADP software – Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
– A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a payroll specialist role
Knowledge and Skills:
– In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and best practises – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Strong communication skills – Good problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification in Payroll Processing (e.g. CIPP) and experience working in a global company environment is highly desirable
