Job description: Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionRole Summary / Purpose:Providing hundreds of people with physical support. It manages and implements the administrative tasks required for production, maintains a direct link between service organizations and production.Essential Responsibilities:Keeping in touch with a staff company;Provision and continuous registration of the working conditions of hourly workers belonging to the area: locker room, dining room, tool cabinet; Bus card making;Regular maintenance and reconciliation of shifts with shift managers, Collects and transmits all papers, forms (salary, unpaid leave, payroll, M30 form, cafeteria declaration, etc.) required for payroll, Responsibility for the exact allocation of payment papers and meal vouchers , Replacement of rewards for physical workers, ordering and assigning Continuous contact with shift managers and cell leaders, Recording physics associates recommendation in the system;Allocation, management of personal protective equipment, Assistance in access control, circling of new physical workers, familiarization with workplace, itemized receipt at countdown, signing of exit circle;Collaboration at company events, supervising and managing factory programs (managing employee applications);Collecting machine orders, collecting required documents, assigning ready, Requesting permissions; Factory communication.Qualifications / Requirements:Qualification: At least upper secondary education.
