Job description: The People Development Business Partner will be responsible in identifying, designing and implementing training and development initiatives to drive business and personal performance.

People Development Business Partner – Logistics

Location: Derby DC Site

Hours: 40 hours per week

What you’ll be doing:

You will be working in collaboration with the wider People Development team to ensure consistent rollout of development sessions to the Logistics teams.

You will be assisting in the development, delivery and implementation of new operational processes and technologies.

An important part of this role will need you to monitor how effectively learning is received and delivered and evidence to back any findings.

What you will have:

Must have strong experience and a background of working in Logistics environments

You will need to possess an analytical, commercial mind-set with high levels of resilience, and able to work within a fast paced, challenging and evolving environment.

You will need to have evidence of a proven track record of delivering training and learning experiences, with a strategy on being digital first; and focused on performance development which is aligned to JD objectives.
