The company designs, manufactures, and installs components, fuel and instrumentation and control systems for nuclear power plants and offers a full range of reactor services.With 14,000 employees worldwide, every day Framatome’s expertise helps its customers improve the safety and performance of their nuclear plants and achieve their economic and societal goals.Framatome is owned by the EDF Group (75.5%), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI – 19.5%) and Assystem (5%).In the UK we are currently over 300 strong and our plans are to grow to 400-500 by 2025 through the development our UK nuclear service offerings.Roles & ResponsibilitiesWorking knowledge of immigration and tax relief/benefits for expatriates, preparation of Business Invitation letters for Business visitors (less than 180 days).Responsible for expatriates and short term delegates’ accommodation and related issues, generate and maintain working relationships with local travel providers, searching accommodations, manage the lease.Entry point for education and schooling in TauntonResponsible for Residence address certificationBuild and maintain company policies and procedureTake the lead with MEH and Construction Skills Matrix – ensuring all roles are included and relevant qualifications are allocated to each roleWork closely with HR to ensure compliance within training skills matrix, working with outside partners to ensure cohesion between French and English Skills and QualificationsOverall management of HPC site administration team (2 On-boarding Officers and 1 Office assistant)Lead the people onboarding process ensuring compliance, planning, resourcing, and attention to detailManage and develop a robust onboarding programme for all new startersManage Overseas vetting processWork closely with HR to ensure smooth recruitment of new startersProfileLeadershipResults and solution orientedAbility to drive changeExcellent communication skillsMotivation and ability to work in and a lead a teamAbility to handle multiples interfaces and transversal organisationDynamic, willing, and versatile professionalBenefitsPrivate healthcare (self and family) currently including dental (individual only) – taxable benefit
