ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join an industry-leading company based in Wrexham to lead their digital accounts and web performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digital accounts and diversifying the channel mix across paid channels with a focus on campaign-specific results and commercial performance.

The Performance Marketing Executive must have a strong background in PPC split across paid search and paid social, with strong stakeholder management skills as you will be looking after a 3rd party agency.

Key skills required for the Performance Marketing Executive:

  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving is a must for this role.
  • Methodical in approach while analysing statistics and should be able to glean insights to make campaign recommendations.
  • Ability to understand and monitor web analytics dashboards and reporting tools is expected as these tools will help maintain and monitor reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and channel metrics.
  • Excel, Google Analytics, DataStudio and performance marketing platforms
  • Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager and AdWords
  • Exposure to data visualisation and reporting tools
  • Google AdWords experience

The Performance Marketing Executive role is paying up to £35,000 and comes with a benefits package including 20 days leave plus bank holidays, cycle to work scheme, and mental and financial wellbeing support, discounts and more.

Please note that our client are based in the office 5 days per week, so you must be willing to travel to their Wrexham office Monday-Friday.

The position is commutable from the Wirral, Chester, Deeside, Liverpool, Runcorn and North Wales.
