Our client, a prestigious National law firm, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Personal Assistant to the Senior Partner and Head of department, a key figure in the firm. Role Details: As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the Senior Partner, undertaking a diverse range of administrative, executive, and professional tasks. From efficient diary management to liaising with clients and organising events, this role provides significant autonomy and scope for developing relationships beyond the Employment team. Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, coordinating with various teams, assisting with preparation for pitches, presentations and board meetings, and providing support in financial processes.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience as a Personal Assistant at senior management, director or C-Suite level, preferably within a professional services or legal environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a busy diary and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must, and flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours support is required.
