Job description: PPR UK is thrilled to collaborate with a distinguished family-owned independent pharmacy and their search for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pharmacy Manager for their community-based pharmacy nestled in Didcot, Oxfordshire. Role: Pharmacy Manager
Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire
Remuneration: Up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
Starting Bonus: £2,000 (payable after 3 months service)
Annual Performance Bonus: Potential of up to 6% of annual salary
Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 6:30 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Schedule: Monday to Friday with one in four Saturdays (flexibility for Monday-Friday arrangement)
Annual Leave: 4 weeks plus Bank Holidays

The current prescription volume stands at an impressive 6,000 items, beckoning a proactive Pharmacist primed to invigorate services and elevate prescription counts. As the esteemed Pharmacy Manager, your pivotal role encompasses steering day-to-day operations, orchestrating impeccable customer experiences, and nurturing a work atmosphere radiating positivity and camaraderie.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
