Position Details:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons to secondary school students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the PE department, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship.
  • Contribute to the organization and execution of extracurricular sports activities, encouraging student participation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance the overall physical education curriculum and school sporting events.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Support students with Special Education Needs one-on-one if required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Teaching certification in physical education.
  • PGCE/QTS/QTLS.
  • Proven experience teaching physical education at the secondary level.
  • Familiarity with and commitment to the principles of the school’s curriculum.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective classroom management.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
