Job Description:
We are seeking a PE Teacher to join our team and work with a reputable secondary school in Bradford. This long-term role offers you the chance to make a positive impact on students’ physical development and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons that cater to the diverse needs of secondary school students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement a well-rounded PE curriculum.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events.
- Maintain a safe and clean sports equipment and facilities.
- Uphold the school’s values and contribute to a supportive school community.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Specialism in Physical Education.
- Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Dedication to promoting physical fitness and well-being.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Salary and Benefits:
