  • Employ creative behaviour management strategies tailored to the individual needs of our diverse student body.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect within the PE environment, celebrating the unique abilities of each student.

Requirements:

  • A track record of inspiring and motivating young minds, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Experience working with children facing SEMH challenges or displaying challenging behaviour.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with students on a personal level.
  • Resilience in the face of adversity, coupled with a talent for turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
  • A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among young learners.
  • Any relevant qualifications or training in physical education or sports coaching would be a definite plus.
