- Employ creative behaviour management strategies tailored to the individual needs of our diverse student body.

Requirements:
- A track record of inspiring and motivating young minds, preferably in an educational setting.
- Experience working with children facing SEMH challenges or displaying challenging behaviour.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect with students on a personal level.
- Resilience in the face of adversity, coupled with a talent for turning challenges into opportunities for growth.
- A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among young learners.
- Any relevant qualifications or training in physical education or sports coaching would be a definite plus.
