Our Dorset based client are working with Venatu to find an experienced Client Director / Accountant to join their vibrant team in Ferndown.
As the successful candidate you will be joining a growing company, who offer accounting and tax services to contractors, freelancers, and SMEs. This role is office based working Monday – Friday (9:00 – 17:15) on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role:
Managing a portfolio of clients, you will be ensuring all of your client’s expectations are exceeded at all times. As well as offering exceptional client service you will also be attending new client meetings and producing quotes.
- Taking responsibility for a portfolio of clients
- Responsibility for ensuring all compliance, returns and submissions for the client portfolio are met
- Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Monitoring and reporting of internal SLAs
- New client meetings and producing quotes
- Supervising and training junior members of staff
Knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in a practice environment
- Experience of training junior members of staff
- Ideally a minimum of AAT or ATT fully qualified, or qualified by experience
