What will you do?
As a Practice Director you will be responsible for developing opportunities, both within existing accounts and new clients, to grow your sectors and help drive the business into its next stage of growth. You will have overall responsibility for transformation projects by engaging at a high level across clients’ businesses, overseeing a talented team that will work on building the capabilities, systems and processes needed to deliver sustainable results. This position requires great leadership skills and creativity to initiate catered, innovative solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
Extensive Consulting experience from a Management Consultancy firm
Creating sales pipeline to reach annual sales targets and by leveraging client relationships
Analysing client businesses to determine how to improve profitability, efficiency, quality, or other measures of success·

Developing and executing long-term plans for the company’s growth and development
Consulting with clients to develop plans for managing their operations more effectively
Being a trusted ally to clients and respected as an expert in their fields
Winning projects and maintaining client relationships
Supervising project finances for final client approval
Presenting work statements, proposals, and supporting contract creation

· A competitive salary with an OTE of £215,000 comprising basic pay, commission and car allowance, plus BUPA, Company Pension Contribution and Life Assurance
· Uncapped Commission Scheme, with accelerators for over-performance

· 25 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 calendar years, up to a maximum of 30 days
