Job description: 4Site are looking for a Pre-Construction manager to join our client based in West London.
Our client is a specialist in prime residential refurbishments throughout London. They have been established for over ten years and have created a brand known for excellence within the construction industry. With project values varying up to £10m, they have several live projects and a strong pipeline for the year to come.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Project evaluation & initiation
- Budgeting & cost estimation
- Compliance and Health & Safety Management
- Contract negotiation
- Design coordination
- Project Tracking and Management
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Project Management skills across high-end residential projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Strong problem solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
