Role Purpose
Responsible for managing teams of Team Leaders and Presentation Agents/drivers, leading the intense cleaning of British Airways aircraft at Heathrow Engineering Base. Responsible for meeting standards required by British Airways. Aircrafts are audited to the highest standards within timescales set. Recruiting and training employees. Managing absence and leave applications. IT literate. Driving essential. Building trustworthy, reliable relationships.
What you will be doing
- Responsible for overseeing teams daily, to meet standards set by British Airways.
- Manage and Lead teams positively, to ensure compliance to the highest standard to ensure targets are met.
- Good time keeping and reliability.
- Ability to deliver feedback, recognise great performance and develop underperformance.
- Implement and deliver training instruction, upskill, and motivate Team Leaders and teams to increase productivity.

What we are looking for
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, work hard and achieve high standards.
- Physically fit.
- Cleaning, presenting experience preferable.
- Good understanding of English, written and verbal skills, ability to direct and write reports.
- Must have relevant team leading and/or managing team experience.
