- To obtain details of scheduled work planned for the coming day from the Operations Allocator or Duty Manager.
- To manage and motivate staff to achieve the required standards and work performance under the time constraints imposed by the aircraft scheduled arrival and departure.
- To liaise with airline/ handling representatives to establish time constraints and communicate to Operations Allocators / Duty Managers so that effective plans can be
- To ensure correct staffing is allocated to achieve the required work performance and standard prior to departure without affecting the customer or their OTP
- To be responsible for the cleaning or associated service standards of the aircraft

- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience in toilet and water servicing, disinsection, and cover changes.
- Knowledge of staff allocation.
- Must be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook
- Leadership skills, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork among
