You’ll also be a leader of people and teams and advocate for user-centred design approaches. Your role will involve partnering with subject matter experts (Process Owners) in the relevant Group and Divisional functions to understand strategic roadmaps and tactical focuses to ensure requirements and design solutions are developed to achieve these goals.   • Partnering with stakeholders to understand goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining oversight for Divisional strategic objectives
  • Active participation in Demand and Process Governance Boards

Collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and Data Management:

  • Aligning practices and delivering comprehensive solutions
  • Assessing new demand viability and ensuring alignment with architectural principles

Quality Ownership:

  • Encouraging continuous improvement of the BA team
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Ensuring high standards and quality

Business Analysis qualifications preferred.Experience: A grounded experience in a corporate Principal or Senior BA role.Role-Specific Expertise:

  • ERP footprint changes (SAP, Glovia, Oracle, Infor, Salesforce).
  • Manufacturing execution systems (QAD, Arena PLM, MES Hydra X, ServiceMax).
  • SAP Supply Chain Modules: Strong understanding of MM, PP, QM, SD, and WM.
  • Business Processes: In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Integration: Well-versed in integrating SAP modules with third-party applications.

Knowledge/Skills:Essential:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Operational Excellence & SCM Transformation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Passion for creating solutions and positive attitude to change.
  • Advanced analytical skills and informed, evidence-based approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including VISIO or equivalent tool.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Business Process Re-engineering projects.
  • Change Management practices.
  • Applications testing lifecycle.
  • Governance mindset (Lean Six Sigma/Agile qualified, CBAP certified, ITIL, EA baseline).
