Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Established in 1988, the NCA educates acupuncturists, Chinese herbal medicine practitioners, nutritionists, and therapists. Based in York, we offer clinic services to the local community and pioneered UK university degrees in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
We seek a dynamic Principal & CEO to lead our pioneering educational institution as we continue to train aspiring allied health professionals. Responsible for strategic direction, academic excellence, and financial management, the CEO will collaborate with the Board to ensure organisational goals are met. You will provide inspirational leadership, foster partnerships, and drive innovation in curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Strong commitment to the allied health sector.
- Senior academic leadership experience.
- Familiarity with UK higher education.
- Expertise in managing allied health courses and research activities.
- Strategic thinking and change management skills.
- Sound financial management and reporting abilities.
- Understanding of higher education sector dynamics.
