Tonnes of benefits, including your birthday off!Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a dynamic organisation in Harrogate, as they seek a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join their team.The role of Procurement Administrator will support procurement processes including managing purchase orders, maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.Main duties of the Procurement Administrator:
- Act as the first line of support for procurement enquiries
- Generate and manage purchase orders
- Be proactive in progressing and chasing orders from suppliers
- Keep an accurate record of deliveries on the system
- Negotiating with suppliers and manage the onboarding process
- Maintain and up to date supplier list, adding new suppliers where necessary
Procurement Administrator requirements:
- Excellent organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage a considerable workload, working from their own initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude and desire to be proactive
