Daily Rate: £550/day (Inside IR35)

Location Manchester (Hybrid 1 – 2 days a week on site)

Our major client is embarking on a transformative Procurement project and needs a Procurement Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in implementing SAP Ariba. As a Procurement Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of this exciting initiative, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into software-driven processes, all while ensuring seamless integration with SAP Ariba.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document detailed procurement requirements.
  • Analyse and streamline end-to-end procurement processes, including Procure to Pay, Tendering, and Source to Pay.
  • Leverage your SAP Ariba knowledge and experience to align business processes with the SAP Ariba platform.
  • Work on a Procurement transformation program to ensure a successful implementation of SAP Ariba.
  • Provide expert insights and guidance on optimising procurement processes for maximum efficiency.

Skills & Experience:

  • Significant Business Analyst experience.
  • SAP Ariba knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to capture and document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Deep understanding of procurement end-to-end processes.
  • Procure to Pay, Tendering, Source to Pay etc.
  • Experience in working on Procurement projects, ideally in a transformational capacity.
