Job description: Procurement Officer (Admin / Office Based)£24,000 – £26,000 + Training + Progression + Company BenefitsHerefordAre you from a Admin / Customer Service or Sales background, looking to take the next steps in your career to join on of the UK’s largest food businesses, that will provide extensive support and tailored training, allowing you to work hybrid, whilst becoming a fully qualified Procurement Officer?In this role you will be working in a team, your main responsibilities will involve answering any queries into the feed mills over the phone or email, daily communication with suppliers and hauliers, daily admission and general administrative duties and placing orders onto the system.This company are a leading supplier of high-quality products in the UK, offering a range of foods to retailers and foodservice providers. The company focus on innovation, sustainability and animal welfare, striving to deliver excellence.This role would suit someone from a Admin / Customer Service or Sales background, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a market leading company, who will invest in your career heavily through extensive training, development and progression opportunities.The Role

  • Handling queries into the feed mill
  • Full training
  • Daily communication with raw material suppliers and hauliers
  • General admin and placing orders onto the system
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:30

  • Admin / Customer Service or Sales background
  • GCSE Maths / English
