For each other, for our customers, for society and our communities.This role will enable BT to ensure that its Security’s portfolio of Products and Services delivers both Revenue and Margin targets by developing BT’s Cyber Threat Monitoring Portfolio of Dedicated Products and Services to increase market share and deliver £100m + Revenue to BT.The Threat Monitoring Portfolio includes Shared Cloud and Dedicated Customer Solutions as well as Value Added Services & take-over of existing Customer Solutions. This role is focussed on delivering new Cyber solutions and taking over existing Customer solutions such as a Security Information and Event Management System (SIEM).Specifically, the role will be expected to;

  • Ensure BT develops and maintains a market leading Global Threat Management Portfolio of products and services for Dedicated Solutions
  • Support our Global Sales and Operations Teams to deliver and install new wins.
  • Leverage our Indirect Sales Channels to deliver replicable Threat Management Solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with market leading brands within Security including Qualys, Securonix and IBM in order to develop new innovative products and services.
  • Help define the Security product and service roadmap based upon customer insights and key business drivers.
  • Deliver and communicate the BT Security product roadmap effectively to establish market credibility that will ultimately stimulate sales for your cyber proposition
  • Define your Threat Monitoring Product Plan that includes the pricing strategy, Feature and Service Roadmap and the Investment case that underpins the roadmap.
  • Owns product pricing to test and validate pricing assumption. Specifically owns pricing for dedicated solutions installation and support & linkage to Graded Service Model.
  • Defines the service model, product description, service schedule for your cyber portfolio products, continuously improving the features of the product / service to remain competitive in a highly evolving marketplace with strong growth forecast.
  • Maps out and delivers an automation strategy that automates processes and simple tasks helping to contribute towards a great customer experience.
  • Works closely with sales supporting standard bids by supplying the required documentation and training and actively being involved in building a complex customer bid.
  • Reports on revenues / customers that include: forecasts; Contracted Revenue, Re-Signs and New Prospects.
  • Work with the wider Security and GS Portfolio teams as well as Technology to ensure solutions and services developed have a good technical and operational fit.

Skills and Experience

  • Able to seek the support from experts and translating complex topics into simple actions and strategy
  • Able to deliver to tight times scales and to quickly identify innovative, pragmatic and cost-effective solutions to product issues
  • Experience of a product launch process and securing funding via business case to full product launch.
  • Demonstrable leadership, decision making and influencing skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing
