With new tech and systems supporting a more flexible working week, plus new and refurbished offices, now is the time to join us – we want you to play a key part in our continued success.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our commercial products. Playing an integral role in organising product launches, with co-responsibility for the B2B product marketing activities across specific channels, products, and territories, in line with the group trade marketing strategy.Developing ad product solutions messaging that differentiates our existing and new products from others in the market and creates the collateral neededSales collateral management through our internal content management systems linking commercial teams directly with our latest materials.Communicating the value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools and collateral that facilitate the selling process.Drive ad product and sales messaging training with Sales teams across the UKAccompany sales teams on agency and client visits to explain the latest developments and successesWork with marketing, PR and internal teams to produce content such as case studies, videos, website copy, social content and blog postsWork with commercial teams to develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)Work with the ad product and ad tech team on new releases of digital solutionsGather feedback on ad solutions, and research competitor offeringsTranslate technical details into benefits for the advertiserUphold Reach’s policy around diversity and inclusion and work to ensure our values around non discrimination are upheld in everything we publish.QualificationsIndustry-leading knowledge of, and passion for, the digital advertising industryA good eye for design, and extremely competent in Powerpoint/Google Slides and a competent understanding of InDesign and Photoshop or other graphics packagesStrong presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences, internal and externalLeads collaboratively, building a strong network of internal stakeholder relationships, sharing knowledge and ensuring convergence of team/specialistsAn advocate of our culture, personifying Reach Solutions principles and behaviours of Collaboration, Imagination and DeterminationExperience in utilising various automation tools, marketing platforms, reporting tools etcStrong understanding of marketing technology and digital marketing platformsAdditional InformationWhat can we offer you?Up to £35,000 per annum plus a range of benefits including:
