- Full-time, temporary to permanent.
- 40-hours per week, 5 days per week.
- Saturdays paid at time and a half.
- Bank holidays worked replaced with time off in lieu.
Pay Rate £10.90 per hour.

Shift Pattern and career development (you must be able to commit to this to be considered for the role):
- Paid Trail and Training shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:15pm.
- Once training completed you can move to a 2pm till 10:15pm shift pattern (guaranteed £11.45ph minimum, if available).
- Career Development up to Specialist Machine Operator positions paying £11.45 / £12.50 / £15 per hour (Sunday to Thursday).
- Alternative shift patterns available as a Specialist Machine Operator 2pm to 10:15pm / 10pm to 6:15am.
Duties:
- Working on a busy production line and warehouse environment.
- Following written instructions on daily work sheets.
- Lifting, carrying, and handling products up to 25KG.
- Movement of product around factory automation lines.
- Quality checking and following precise instructions in a strict health and safety work-based environment.
This opportunity is based outside of Winchester and offers free onsite parking, along with lots of other employee benefits and rewards.
Due to the rural location, working hours, and lack of reliable public transport links, you will need your own car, motorbike, scooter. If you live locally then you can travel 20-minutes by bike to get to and from work every day, but it will be up and down dark country roads.
