Collaborate with a spectrum of departments, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of cutting-edge solutions. The role demands a proactive approach, with responsibilities including:– Shaping early project stages with feasibility studies and system layouts.
– Architecting thermal and fluid systems, complete with detailed schematics.
– Applying engineering principles to develop models that predict system performance.
– Translating project requirements into system specifications using Siemens Polarion.
– Spearheading component selection in tandem with procurement for optimal supplier engagement.
– Orchestrating with electrical & controls teams to establish hardware compatibility and control strategies.
– Crafting DFMEA and system validation plans, including DVP documentation.
– Assisting mechanical development teams with test procedures and data analysis.
– Steering external supplier contributions to align with project goals.
– Generating comprehensive technical reports and customer-facing documentation.
– Showcasing results and research strategies to customers and stakeholders.Candidates should possess:– Relevant working experience.
– A degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
– Profound understanding of thermodynamics and fluid circuit design.
– Familiarity with various system types, including air, water, and hydraulic systems.
– Proficiency in 3D CAD and PLM tools, preferably NX and Team Centre.
– Exceptional communication skills.
– A proactive approach to managing workloads and resolving complex issues.
