Job description: Are you a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager seeking a new challenge within property and construction? If so, our client is eagerly searching for a talented Project Manager to become an integral part of their thriving team based in Uxbridge.

As the Project Manager your duties will include the financial management of projects, negotiating and agreeing contracts and meeting banking compliances. You will be an experienced professional with substantial knowledge at a Senior level within a Quantity Surveying or Commercial function. You will also need to have good risk management skills, as well as financial reporting abilities. The Project Manager is required to ensure that all commercial aspects of the project under their remit are properly managed and controlled, and that commercial strategy is developed and delivered in accordance with the requirements of the project delivery.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum dependant on experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 9:00 am – 17:00 pm in office, onsite from 7:00am

Project Manager Requirements:

• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with contractors and colleagues.
• Attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
• Good commercial awareness, forecasting skills and budgeting with the finance team.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritising skills
• Flexible to work out-of-hours when necessary/required due to sub-contractor requirements (very occasional)
