Project Manager – Electrical Bias
Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Manager. Electrical Experience preferred. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, ensuring that they meet project requirements, achieve customer satisfaction, and adhere to Morgan Sindall’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated projects and associated activities, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure project commercial compliance, including contract management and adherence to Works Information, Programme, and cost agreements.
- Champion safety on-site, ensuring that each project complies with contractual and HSE requirements.
- Lead and manage contracts within the commercial domain, potentially overseeing frameworks, special works, or design projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any changes within the contract, utilising CEMAR and maintaining project programs.
- Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Engage in regular SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) activities to maintain a strong safety culture.
Requirements:
- Electrical Experience preferred
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Degree or HNC/HND level education in a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong understanding of commercial issues that impact project performance.
- Previous experience working with and managing contractors within traditional construction projects.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
