Job description: Setsquare is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a main contractor based in London to work on a £15 million D&B hospital refurbishment project. The project will run in 2 phases, initial phase will be a refurbishment and extension of the existing therapy units followed by refurbishment of the current operating & theatre area.

Key duties will be –
- Be able to manage a site & delivery team
- Be able to manage the client and professional teams
- Be able to lead on all programming & planning duties
- Ability to be able to work with the design team on design implementation and client management
Essential experience needed – NEC Contract experience and Healthcare exposure.
My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start ASAP but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
