Description Our client, a major Rail consultancy are looking for Project Managers to fill the role of Hand Back Manager completing project assets to the asset owner, in accordance with the government of railway investment projects (GRIP), investment regulations and procedures.

  • Securing approval of Stage Gates 7 and 8, along with updating/production of all necessary GRIP Products. This includes their their sign-off by the relevant parties, and the correct storage of them on the relevant electronic document management system, in order to formally record the project’s readiness for close out.
  • Maintaining up to date programmes in Primavera for all the portfolio’s projects in GRIP 7 & 8 in order to track progress.
  • Providing a high-quality and consistent project management services. This includes KPIs and project reporting systems.

Key skills/experience required:

  • Experience in the Rail Industry Sector (including application of GRIP, Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations and the Common Safety Method (CSM).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience in delivering the CDM Regulations requirements for Health & Safety Files
  • Project Safety Management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice.

Package including pension, healthcare, additional training, funding for chartership and career progression is on offer. Hybrid working 3 days in Stratford London.
Possibility of a car allowance of up to £5500 per annum.

Expected salary: £45000 – 55000 per year
