Within this position, you will independently manage all aspects of your portfolio of projects, from initial brief to completion, whilst maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy, procuring all necessary consultancy services on behalf of the Client. You will also travel to multiple sites and destinations to review contractor/developer and designer proposals and ensure that the employer’s requirements are fulfilled.
This role will suit a Project Manager with a background in residential construction, looking to expand your career, all within a company offering health care, insurance, mileage costs, and other company benefits.
The Role:
- Managing projects within the residential construction sector
- Contract management and preparation
- Conducting client meetings and overseeing contractors
- Covering a patch across the Midlands, with milage covered
The Person:
- Project manager
- Residential Construction background or similar
- Full UK driver’s license
