Job Title: Project Sales Admin
Line Manager: Project Control Manager
Location: Office based
Contracted Hours: 9:00 – 5:30, Monday to Friday
Salary Guideline: Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description: As a Project Sales Admin, you’ll be the heartbeat of our sales operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Dive into the excitement by assisting with the recording of project sales inquiries
- Showcase your organisational prowess through order entry in our cutting-edge ERP system
- Be the architect of efficiency by preparing inquiry folders for sales engineer reviews
- Channel your creativity in preparing quotations for project spares
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to set prequalification targets
- Be the ambassador of professionalism in preparing and submitting pre-qualification packages
- Uphold our legacy by maintaining the company’s Experience list
- Master the art of data with the maintenance of sales/pipe reports
- Elevate our success by supporting regional sales managers with tender uploads to client portals
- Showcase your precision in producing commercial shipping documentation/certification when required
- Embrace versatility by performing any other duties as assigned
