- Creating schedules for bulk lease extension
- General secretarial support
- Closing files and archiving
- Downloading registrations from Land Registry, review and report to fee earners and clients
- Assisting with managing lease extension projects
- Raising invoices/ payment requests
- Diary entries/ chasing matters etc
- Drafting FTT applications & preparing bundles, setting up court hearings
- Lodging UN1 applications at the Land Registry
- Dealing with post completion matters/ registrations/ ledger queries/ sending documents to clients following registration/ dealing with ledger queries before archiving files/ archiving forms
- Expediting matters at Land Registry
- Drafting RXC and other RX forms and lodging at Land Registry
- Corresponding with lenders/ drafting Deeds of Substituted Security
- Dating and scanning documents following completion
