Job description: A rare, exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Progressor to join our well-respected client in Bulwell. This role involves ZERO weekends and is an office-based role, so won’t require any travel. This position is ideal for those from an Estate Agency background, wanting to remain in an office-based role and work as part of an established, supportive team with the added bonus of keeping your weekends free!
Day to day, you will liaise with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors. You will be chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.

Basic salary £23,000 per annum + commission (paid monthly)
Full time, Mon – Fri – Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end sales process. Taking the property from offer accepted to exchange day
- Liaising with partner agents
- Keeping in contact with clients, advising them throughout the conveyancing process
- Gather required documents to complete the sale
- Negotiate with all parties as necessary to ensure that the chain remains complete
- Participate in client/solicitors conference calls as required
Experience:
- Previous Estate Agent experience is essential
- You will have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential
