We’re thrilled to introduce a pivotal role where you’ll be utilising all your skills.YOUR ROLEUsing your expertise to advise and monitor Safety, Health Environment & Quality standards in all areas of the business. This role will see you based out of our Telford site, but with the remit to attend various meetings at our other sites (Car included). Additionally you will also be providing on-going support to the operational team to improve standards and achieve the defined levels of compliance.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support operations to maintain targets and achieve KPI’s and procedural requirements agreed including certification to the BS EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Formulate and assist in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the Compliance requirement.
- Support Accident and Incident reporting process by progression of and assistance with allocated Incidents
- Support the Learning & development team to ensure QSHE training is suitable and sufficient and is delivered and maintained in accordance with identified Risk Control measure
- Formulate and assist in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to the Compliance requirements
- Complete Internal Audit Process including safety tours, in order to satisfy the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and KN Global Processes. In addition provide support to external audits
- Identify and develop corrective actions from internal and external audits and support operations in the implementation of these.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- EIOSH Managing Safety (required)
- NEBOSH NGC (desirable) or willing to train.
- Audit Experience (required) – ISO Standards 9001; 14001 & 45001 preferable. Willing to qualify as Lead Auditor
- Integrated Management System Experience
- Demonstrable experience of relationship management
- Logistics, Aviation, MOD, Automotive or similar industry experience
- Language skills: English required
- General Environmental knowledge and experience (desirable)
- Driving Licence
