Workshop Based, commutable from Taunton, Tiverton, Cullompton, Exeter, Honiton, Ilminster, Chard and surrounding areas.

On offer is a Quality Assurance Engineer position, where you will gain experience working with a specialist manufacturing leader and be given the opportunities to become a task expert working as part of a close knit team with the opportunity to step into leading roles in the future.

This company are an industry leading global giant, who are known for leading the way within their industry continuously innovating and designing quality solutions for upwards of 4 decades. Due to their continued and ongoing success they are looking for someone to join their close knit team of specialists to work on a wide range of high value projects.

On offer is a Quality Engineer position, working to ensure the engineering processes within the business are efficient and giving feedback to departments as to product tolerances, quality, costs and ensuring they confirm to standards and tolerances.

This role would suit someone with a good knowledge of manufacturing processes, looking to work within the quality department and increase their skillset to become a technical expert and contribute to this company’s excellent product quality.

The Role:
*Working as part of the Quality Assurance Team to ensure engineering processes are in line with ISO9001, and to feedback any improvements to the supply chain.
*Provide feedback to the Purchasing, Production, Design and Project staff as to goods and processes to ensure compliance to tolerances and quality standards.
*Excellent internal training to develop your skillset and to ensure your development into a technical expert.

The Person:
*Quality Engineer, or from a Mechanical Manufacturing background and looking for a long term opportunity within an industry leading company.
*Full UK Driver’s License
