Job description: Our client has an opportunity for a Quality Line Side Assessor to join them on a 12-month contract. You will be contributing to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/ quality technical issues from business team and customer to ensure appropriate containment.
Role: Quality Lineside Assessor
Location: Broughton, Flintshire
Hours: Full Time – onsite
Clearance: BPSS will be required before starting
Hourly Rate: £30.10 via Umbrella – inside IR35
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform industrial qualifications to ensure that an internal shop is enabled to perform an industrial process.
- Conduct validation of couple and IQ report.
- Collect evidence to evaluate compliance or non-compliance to process.
- When non-compliance occurs support impact analysis and recovery actions.
- Propose IQ status and Inform validator.
- To actively participate to processes improvements.
- To analyse Process Capability results in order to ensure preventive and corrective actions are taken in case of process deviations

- Strong background in quality
- Internal/quality auditing experience
- Industrial/Manufacturing experience
- Drive Improvement, Quality & innovation.
- Motivated and self-driven with the ability to work autonomously when required, whilst being a strong team player.
- Deliver reliably on time, cost and quality whilst embracing change and challenge when appropriate.
- Anticipation mindset, able to identify risks/opportunities and manage them appropriately
