About this role: We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to join UWE Bristol’s friendly and dedicated Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement (AQPE) team. Working as part of the Standards and Accreditation team within AQPE, the successful candidate will provide specialist advice and support to a variety of stakeholders across the University and our academic partners, including in areas such as programme approval, accreditation, monitoring, and review.

About you: We are looking for someone who has broad-based administrative experience, and experience of working in line with complex regulatory frameworks such as those in higher education. You will have good organisational, interpersonal, communication and IT skills. You will have experience of working with database systems, and of taking formal and informal minutes of meetings. You will need to be able to balance effectively a range of responsibilities in a flexible, autonomous and proactive manner, using your initiative and working with a variety of stakeholders across the University and our academic partners. A team player with a “can do” attitude, you will thrive in a demanding yet rewarding environment and will make an enthusiastic contribution to the Academic Quality and Partnerships Enhancement team and to UWE’s Student and Academic Services more widely.

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.

Professional Services staff: This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week.

Job Share: This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.
