Job description: Role Purpose:

To deliver world class customer service to ensure a seamless journey for our customers, maintaining a safe working environment ensuring compliance at all times

Key Responsibilities in this role will include:

Loading and unloading of customers luggage

Processing customers luggage using manual and automated systems

Operating specialist equipment

Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies

Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Able to work in all weather conditions

Able to work within a Team

Have a calm, friendly and professional manor

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

Experience within the aviation sector

Hold a full driving license

Previous experience in manual handling

Excellent organisation skills and methodology

Able to work well under pressure

Good level of problem solving and initiative

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Shows passion, right first time attitude, can do approach and respect to others

Ability to identify and articulate trends

High School/secondary education

Good numerical skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft applications

Good degree of IT literacy

Be able to provide a Full 5 year background check
