Executive Aviation is excited to announce that we are looking for a Ramp Coordinator for our the London International airport. This person will help in providing around the clock leadership and coverage to our airline partners and team members. You will be the “go-to” person in addressing challenges our Leads may be facing. You will be working closely with the Above the Wing team, GSE department as well as maintaining our strong relationships and reputation with our airline partners and the airport authority. We are looking for a dynamic problem solver, progressive thinker, and someone who has the proven ability to create efficiencies in the operation.

This person would be required to work weekends and nights.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ramp Organization– set up, man power assignment, shift briefings, auxiliary equipment inventory management – standard defined
- Supporting airline operations through the safe movement of baggage and ground equipment
- Complete proper training and maintain competency on all required equipment
- Complete proper training and maintain competency on airline processes
- Work shifts as required and dictated by the airline flight schedules
- Be able to work safely as a team and oversee safety: Incident response, audits: SMS Training
- Attendance management– day of shift coverage (schedule, contact list, parameters), coaching and documentation of attendance – email
- Operations Communication– day of point of contact for airlines, airport and EA leads
- Winter Operations- deice log oversight
- Lead training support – Shadow shifts, push back, load planning (sheets and communication), flight organization, incident management
- Specialized Portfolio –To be determined based on needs of the team
- Be able to adapt to a changing environment
- Be able to work safely in all weather conditions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years’ aviation ground handling experience
- Minimum 1-year management experience
- All Training and Read and Signs must be current and up to date
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Must be able to hold a valid RAIC or Security clearances for airside access
- Must have on call availability
