The role:Forming part of the firm’s multi-disciplinary practice, this firm is looking to welcome a Real Estate Healthcare Associate 4+ years PQE into their leading Bristol team. The real estate team advises all major sub-markets in independent healthcare (including all types of social care, independent hospitals, primary care and retirement living) for a wide range of clients including investors, funders, developers, operators, consortiums and suppliers.They have experienced a period of significant growth recently, with major tender wins on national high-profile projects, hence the need for another Associate in the team. You can expect a varied diet of work encompassing large-scale acquisitions/disposals, option agreements, leases, finance, asset management and corporate support matters with unrivalled exposure and responsibility to lead on transactions.
