The Firm
Delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading national Legal Firms to find a Legal PA to join their Real Estate Team in an exciting position based in Edinburgh. With modern offices close by to commuter links, a hybrid working model and an extremely competitive salary (up to £34,000 DOE), this is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Legal PA looking for a new opportunity in Edinburgh.

The Role of a Real Estate Legal PA:
– Providing full support to Partners / Legal Advisors in a Secretarial / PA capacity with some of the main duties including –
– Diary management
– Email management
– Monthly reports
– Regular billing management to various clients
– Draft email / correspondence
– Complex document production
– Opening / Closing of files
– Money laundering compliance
– Conflict check compliance
– Preparation of expense claims
– Deed management
– Liaising with clients in person and over the phone
– Travel booking
– Preparing bundles
– Answering the telephone and dealing with queries

Skills and Qualifications of a Real Estate Legal PA:
– Previous Legal PA / Secretarial experience in a Real Estate Department
– Extensive billing experience, and must not shy away from numbers
– Excellent document production skills
– Self motivated
– Minimum 60wpm typing speed
– Methodical and organised approach
– Ability to cope under pressure
– Ability to prioritise
– Be pro-active and deliver quality service to clients
