Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, dynamic, highly motivated, hardworking individual to join the Medical Day Unit, a friendly and dedicated team. The job role is varied and requires individuals who can adapt well, manage all duties effectively and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.General duties include comprehensive administration and reception duties to the Medical Day Unit.You are expected to book and organise appointments for patients attending the Medical Day Unit and ensuring that they are discharged at the end of the day.Manage GP referrals.Main duties of the jobYou will need to be reliable, flexible and hardworking with excellent communication and IT skills. Delivery of deadlines is key to this role.
