The Role
Unique Fitness is a state-of-the-art sport and fitness facility focused on offering quality services to students, staff and the broader community.
We require an enthusiastic and committed new team member to take on the role of Receptionist, Administration and Marketing Support. You will require excellent customer service and communication skills as well as being self driven and conscientious in your work.
You will be confident in all forms of communication, able to remain calm under pressure and to develop relationships with all. Experience in creating social media content is desirable.
The working hours of this post are as follows: Saturday and Sunday 09.00 – 18.00.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- carrying out the role of Receptionist/Administration & Marketing Support in a polite, welcoming and professional manner and to provide general administrative support
- provide an excellent standard of customer service
- welcome and develop connections with all guests, providing support and assistance where required
- be responsible for a variety of management information system duties and administration processes.

The Person
The key skills and qualities required for Reception, Administration and Marketing Support:
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent qualification or experience)
- Experience of dealing with a wide and diverse range of people face-to-face, online and by telephone professionally
- Experience of working with various IT applications and good working knowledge of Windows based applications including e- mail, Excel and Word
