Brimming with talented individuals, we are incredibly passionate about what we do and our people.Job DescriptionAs a Record to Report Analyst, you’ll be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, from recording financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, assets management and payments, to participating in month-end closing processes and general ledger reconciliations.Your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in performing balance sheet and bank reconciliations, as well as supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.Your role will also involve ensuring that financial transactions, policies, and procedures adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements, while actively participating in the management and resolution of issues within the Record-to-Report (RTR) process.Analyse financial data and make recommendations for process improvements whilst contributing to internal and external audit processes and ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.Collaboration will be key as you work closely with finance and non-finance teams to rectify inconsistencies and inaccuracies, contributing to a seamless operational flow.QualificationsSkills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of financial and accounting software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet stringent deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified accountant or qualified through relevant experience in an accounting role.
- Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably in RTR process.
- Experience with accounting software and financial reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Experience in working with large-scale data and performing detailed financial analysis.
- Previous involvement in month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
