Job description: Home Instead Rugby is an award winning office, renowned for the quality of care we provide to our clients and the support we offer to our employees.We are a friendly team of 10 employees in our Lutterworth office all working together to maintain our fantastic reputation and continue to grow the business.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a new addition to our small, friendly team to help with the busy role of Recruitment and to support the people team with admin duties to ensure that we all continue to maintain our excellent standards throughout the business.You will be working alongside our current Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to assist with the recruitment processes, creating content for recruitment job boards and building good relationships in the community through events.You main role will be to arrange and interview candidates and complete the paperwork that follows after this process, which includes reference checks, DBS applications and booking candidates onto the training and induction process. This includes working as a team with the trainer and scheduler to ensure a smooth onboarding process and future auditing process for our current and future Care Professionals.This position is mainly office based working Monday to Friday.QualificationsPrevious Customer Service experience is essentialTime management and Prioritisation skillsGood communication skillsPositive attitudeConfident to talk to people face to face and on the telephoneKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel etcCaringOrganisedAttention to details and the ability to follow processes to ensure complianceAdditional InformationSalary£24kBenefits IncludeOnsite ParkingCompany PensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeReferral ProgrammeCompany Events
