Job description: Are you currently a marketing or comms recruiter who is looking for your next move?Emr are recruiting for a highly ambitious recruiter to help grow our comms business. This is a warm desk that has always made money for emr.Responsibilities:
- Be the go to person for all comms roles at emr
- Proactively build relationships with decision makers in the comms industry
- Source candidates for live roles through use of linkedin, database and from warm candidates
- Key account management with existing and new clients through regular communication and client visits.
- New business development through a variety of BD techniques, generating new jobs to ensure ongoing revenue opportunities for you and the wider business
- Negotiate fee rates in line with the company authority matrix
- Write and place effective recruitment advertisements
- Engage with your network to promote and support business initiatives, such as events
- Build a senior candidate network
- Meet sales/NFI targets in line with the business plan, personal objectives and monthly 1:1 meeting with manager
- Involvement in client pitches with support from management when necessary
Requirements:
- Ideally 1-2 years experience in marketing / comms or digital recruitment
- Natural competitive spirit & commercial acumen
- Money motivated
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Demonstrable evidence of where you have excelled in a particular field/skill.
£40-45,000 + excellent bonus scheme. No threshold.Hybrid workingOffice in the West End & not the City!
