We’re looking for a driven Perms / Contract IT / Technology Recruitment Consultant with experience, who is looking to join us in a very exciting period of growth and expansion, on a very warm desk.

This is a great opportunity for an IT / Technology Recruitment Consultant who is looking to work for a financially stable company who promote a good work/life balance.

Your role will be one of growing and developing a very warm desk by utilising business development, cross selling, developing strong relationships with existing clients and generating your own new business.

As an experienced IT / Technology Recruitment Consultant You will be:-

  • Working in a fun environment focused on developing relationships.
  • Selling recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face. Building client relationships and account managing clients.
  • Offering a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
  • Achieving targets and adhering to agreed action plans.
  • Recruiting and sustaining a workforce by interviewing and selecting quality applicants.
