We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Aviation Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team.
As an Aviation Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified candidates within the aviation industry. You will utilise your expertise in recruitment to establish strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring the perfect match for both clients and candidates! Additionally, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the aviation sector.
What will the role entail?
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the aviation sector, generating new business leads.
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the aviation industry through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to drive growth and expand our presence in the aviation market.
- Following the KPI Recruiting sales cycle
- Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
- Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces.
- Conducting thorough candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening CV’s and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for aviation roles.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from application to onboarding.
- Keeping up with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
What we are looking for from you:
- Previous recruitment experience, preferable in the Aviation market
- Experience in sales/business development
- Well-connected / great knowledge in the Aviation market
- A full driving license is required
- Experience building and maintaining relationships
- Professional conduct
- Great Attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own time,
- Passionate about KPI Recruiting
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Self-starter, with problem solving skills
